These terms govern your use of Pilot One, a service operated by Arvency OÜ.
1. Pilot training service
Pilot One provides educational material, practice questions, progress analytics and aviation utilities. It is not an approved flight training organisation, an official examination authority, operational flight information or a substitute for an instructor, current publications, aircraft documentation or applicable regulations.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only your own account. You are responsible for confirming that any aviation information is current and suitable for your circumstances.
3. Purchases and access
Pro may be offered as a renewing subscription. PPL question-bank products are one-time purchases that grant access for the displayed fixed period and do not automatically renew. If you already have active PPL access, every newly purchased period is added in full after your current expiry date. The store checkout shows the final localized price and conditions before purchase. Store purchases are billed and refunded under Apple or Google rules; web purchases are processed by Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy or redistribute the question bank, scrape the service, share paid access, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or use Pilot One to mislead others about qualifications or flight safety.
5. Availability and changes
Features and content may change as the product and applicable aviation sources evolve. We work to keep Pilot One available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that practice results predict an official exam result.
6. Teacher applications and interest list
Prospective teachers may submit accurate profile information for review. Pilot One does not currently request licence documents through the application. Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, employment, bookings or payment. Pilot One may request changes, reject, withdraw or suspend a profile. The current interest list is not a booking and creates no obligation between a student, teacher or Pilot One.
7. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Pilot One is provided without warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to contact@arvency.com.
